Claiming

To file a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Reimbursement / Claim Form
Fill out the return / claim form and attach it to the shipment. The document should include the following information: name, email address or mailing address, telephone number, product number and cause of the complaint, date of purchase and defect occurrence.

2.Delivery of the product
When submitting a complaint please send an unopened product.

3. Shipping

Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To cancel and return the product you have purchased, fill in the required statement and send it to us with your return / return and proof of purchase:
